We want to demonstrate our new IC, the eyICL8P, to you. This IC allows to minimize your design for industrial digital input modules by meeting the IEC 61131-2 out of the box. Also, the field-side does not require a power supply, which reduces the component count even more. With the integrated galvanic isolation of 500V, there is no need to include additional optocoupler.

Cachet for the engagement in Research and Development
Erlangen, 13.07.2018- eesy-ic is holding the cachet "Innovative through Research" awarded by the Stifterverband, on behalf of BMBF.
Once again, eesy-ic was rated as innovative company because of its engagement in the field of research and development, awarded by Stifterverband. The Stifterverband represents since 1920 the common responsibility of German companies for a sustainable and valuable society.
The BMBF (Federal Ministry of Education and Research) is the sponsor of the study, which rates the sustainability of the companies in Germany. Moreover the study is showing the amount of money which the German economy has invested in R&D in the year 2017.
eesy-ic is project partner of many promising and innovative-driven funded projects and is leading in the field of high performance circuits. We are delighted to receive this award.

Erlangen, 25.01.2018 - eesy-ic will show more innovations
The core competences of eesy-ic are ic design and layout with focus on analog-, digital-, mixed-signal- and RF integrated circuits; ic verification and caracterization as well as ic production test solutions. This time the company will show the ASSP „NaLoSysPro“.
Funded by BMBF, eesy-ic offers a digitally controlled frequency synthesizer for FMCW radar systems. Based on an All-Digital Phase Locked Loop, it generates a very stable frequency modulated signal in the range of 12 GHz to 12.5GHz which can be configured via an SPI interface.
In addition, the engineering team will introduce an demonstrator, to show the ic "eyADC-DG2" in action. Convince yourself of the demonstrator at one of the live demonstrations.

Company Anniversary: 5 years of eesy-ic in October
Erlangen, 29.09.2017 - eesy-ic will celebrate its company anniversary and will have a housewarming party with invited guests inclusive of specialist lecture
eesy-ic Ltd was founded as fabless-company for the development of integrated circuits by the university professors Prof. Dr. Robert Weigel and Prof. Dr. Richard Hagelauer in January 2012. At the beginning with teams at the sites Suedwestpark Nuremberg and at the Innovation and Startup Center (IGZ) in Erlangen-Tennenlohe.
Since July the entire team of RF/Analog-, Mixed-Signal- und Digital-Designers as well as Test- und Verification Engineers are located at one modern location, the so-called "Papilio Office" at Frauenweiherstraße 15, 91058 Erlangen.
The movement and the 5th anniversary gives eesy-ic enough reason to celebrate.
Mr. Andreas Urschitz the Division President of Power Management & Multimarket at Infineon Technologies AG, is the keynote speaker of the lecture "Radar: A Essential Part of a Human-Machine-Interface".
Welcome addresses will be conveyed by Dr. Elisabeth Preuß, mayor of Erlangen.
"Points of Interest" will invite the guests to have a closer look at the range of products and services of eesy-ic. Amongs others the FMCW Synthesizer will be shown to the audience on that day.

eesy-ic GmbH: New Corporate Design
Nürnberg, 13.03.2017 - relaunch of eesy-ic corporate design.
At the embedded world 2017 the eesy-ic will present the new look at the first time. The website will be redesigned after the trade fair.
eesy-ic will increase its portfolio and merge branches
Nuremberg, 9.3.2017 – the developer of ASICs and ASSPs will strengthen the business location Erlangen.
eesy-ic GmbH will move into a new building in May 2017 and will relocate the site Nuremberg to Erlangen-Tennenlohe. The 50 employees are looking forward to a new and modern business facility with 1.900 square meter office area. The city of Erlangen will retain an attractive employer with expnsion plans.
Amongst others eesy-ic will invest into an own producton test infrastructure. Plan is to build up 3 test units (Handler included). Also 4 labs with a minimum of 20 work places.
The new building in Erlangen is called „papillo office“ and it is located at Frauenweiherstraße 15 in Erlangen-Tennenlohe.

Nuremberg, 14.02.17 – eesy-ic will present further ICs at the embedded world in Nuremberg
eesy-ic GmbH invites you to this year's embedded world. In addition to application specific integrated circuits (ASIC), eesy-ic offers ICs for a wide range of industrial applications e.g. motor control systems or industrial and building automation.
The experts of eesy-ic GmbH will present the newly developed ICs "eyADC-PG1" and "2 GSPS, 12-Bit ADC-IP".
"eyADC-PG1", the low power, 16bit, 200MSPS A/D converter, with JESD204B interface, is a data converter that optimizes performance and real-time capability. If, for example, the maximum sampling rate is not required, the power consumption is adapted.
The "2 GSPS, 12-Bit ADC-IP" is a 12-bit monolithic sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates at conversion rates of up to 2 giga samples per second (GSPS). The combination of wide input bandwidth, high sampling rate, and excellent linearity is ideally suited for spectrum analyzers, data acquisition systems, and a wide assortment of military electronics applications, such as radar and electronic countermeasures.
